Kay Sconci - Owner and Personal Fitness Trainer
Born and raised - A true Austinite- that's me. In 1983 weighting 165 lbs, size 13/14 and inching my way up to an ugly size 16, I started a workout program. On a Monday evening in May, I walked into Big Steve's Gym in South Austin and never looked back. Now 22 years later, and 14 years owning and managing BodyWise Gym, I still love what I do more than ever. I am dedicated to both my gym and my members.
My skills and specialties in fitness encompass a wide range from marathon training, triathlons, road biking to body building. I have trained all ages, from 13 to 87 in all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. You don't need to be an athlete to workout, you just need to workout. My challenge to myself is to get each client to achieve their personal goals and a few of my own goals for them.
