Greetings from the Owners of BodyWise Gym!
On behalf of Don, Kay and the entire staff, we would like to welcome you to BodyWise. We have been serving the Austin & Lakeway, Texas areas since 1990. Our slogan depicts the kind of gym we are committed to being. Our professional staff is always around to help should you require assistance on the floor with your workout or just have questions that need answering. We make a true effort and indeed go above and beyond what you have come to expect from any regular health club. Our club offers an exclusive atmosphere which is enticing and yet not intimidating. Looking for that special place to workout without high pressure sales, loud noise and neon lights glaring? Check out our facility you will be pleasantly surprised at the clean surroundings, availability of professional staff for your needs and the richness of the overall center.
Our gym floor is bright and airy, filled with state-of-the-art equipment enabling you and our trainers to create unique workout programs to keep you motivated and stimulated. Check out our Virtual Fitness Room - a truly unique concept offered only at BodyWise Gym. Here you can check out a fitness video from our library and in the privacy of one of the two aerobic rooms you can workout without the audience of others. We feature a 50 flat sceen TV in Aerobic Room B for your personal use.
